Who is Trivolution Training suitable for?

Trivolution Training is aimed at endurance athletes of all levels – from ambitious beginners to experienced triathletes. Whether your goal is an Ironman®, a sprint triathlon, a running race, or simply a structured training improvement: We‘ll meet you where you are.

What is included in the coaching?

Our coaching offers you a completely tailored training plan, regular individual adjustments, personal contact with your coach, and evaluations of your sessions. You‘ll also receive support with race tactics, training management, motivation, and questions about nutrition or equipment. No matter what you want to know, your personal coach is always there for you. You can also contact them directly, such as via WhatsApp.

How is the training structured and organized?

The training is based on the modern sports science principle of „reverse periodization,“ tailored to your goals, your daily routine, and your training history. Periodization gradually progresses from short, intense, and unspecific intervals to long, extensive, and specific intervals.

How flexible is my training plan?

Your training plan is as flexible as your life demands. Vacation, work commitments, or sudden changes? No problem. We adapt the plan quickly and easily to your current situation – so your training remains realistic and you can stick with it in the long term.

How does communication and support with the coach work?

Communication is direct, personal, and uncomplicated – via WhatsApp, phone, or email. You have a dedicated coach who is there for you, provides feedback on your sessions, and is available to answer your questions at any time. For more complex questions and concerns, our coaches are happy to tap into the contacts of the entire Trivolution Training team, because a network always has more knowledge than a single coach.

How individual is the training at Trivolution Training?

100% individualized. No modular system, no standard plans – you receive coaching tailored to your goals, performance data, time constraints, and personal life situation. We believe in customized solutions rather than „one-size-fits-all.“

How much does the coaching cost and how long is it?

Coaching prices vary depending on the scope of support. You can choose between different models – from the Silver Package for €159 per month to Premium Support. The terms are flexible: We generally offer monthly cancellation options with fair terms. Feel free to contact us for a customized quote.

Can I try Trivolution Training without obligation?

Yes! We offer you the opportunity for a free, no-obligation initial consultation. Here, we‘ll discuss your goals, expectations, and whether our coaching is a good fit for you. Only then will you decide whether you want to join. Since you can cancel your subscription monthly, the risk for you remains as low as possible…who knows what life will hold in the future.

Which platforms do you use for training planning?

We use TrainingPeaks, the world‘s leading platform for structured training planning and analysis. There, you‘ll receive your plan, can record your sessions, enter scheduled dates and competitions, and receive direct feedback – conveniently via app or desktop. TrainingPeaks offers a free basic version.
